SOAR Academy Shootout - October 16, 2010 at Meadowbrook Golf Course. Sign in and Lunch 12 noon - 1:30 p.m. Shotgun starts at 2 p.m. Captain's Choice format. $300 per team covers GF & cart, lunch and prizes. Registration deadline: October 1st, after October 1st $340 per team. 1st Place $1,000 cash; 2nd Place $500 cash; $100 Gift Certificate closest to pins; $100 Gift Certificate longest drive. “What a blessing SOAR Academy has been for our 6 year old son, as well as our entire family! He has attended for less than 3 months and has already made such huge progress. He is non-verbal and came into SOAR knowing one word in sign language. Now, he knows another sign, can blow kisses and waves bye-bye when asked. He also enjoys interacting with other children and engages in purposeful play. He has also begun using the potty, which is truly an answered prayer! When we began searching for a school for our child, we wanted to make sure he continued to get the therapies he was receiving at the time.
